The team at Dana Quinlan work hard to provide an exceptional level of service to all of our guests. We therefore have a number of policies in place to help us with the smooth running of the salon.

Deposits & Cancellations
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our business so we respectfully ask all clients to pay a 25% deposit for all bookings. The deposit is 50% for premium services including colour correction, hair smoothing, extensions and wedding hair. The sum is payable by credit or debit card at the time of booking
If you have to change or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice to avoid losing your deposit in full. The deposit is fully refundable if you provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Allergy Alert Testing
If you are new to hair colour at Dana Quinlan or have not had a colour for six months+, please be aware that you will need an Allergy Alert Test (patch test) 48 hours prior to your service. This is essential before we can book you in for your colour appointment.
